Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is due to the fact that when you book, you are reserving that time slot on my schedule. This blocks another client from booking that appointment time. As you know time is money, so each hour on my books is another hour of income for me. If you are to cancel within the time frame of my policy. It makes it extremely difficult for me to recover that window of time and accommodate anyone on a waitlist with such short notice. I put a lot of time and effort into preparing for these services, so its extremely inefficient for me to prepare for an appointment I will not be performing. I understand that things happen, but I will need to be very firm on these policies and hope that you understand and respect that. In booking and inputting your card information, you are agreeing to these terms. Thank you so much and I appreciate your time as well.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours
Cancellation within 24 hours will result in 50% of your service being nonrefundable. If you are to cancel for any reason within 24 hours of your appointment, you will receive a reminder message at the 48 hour mark as courtesy, in order to make any adjustments at the time needed.

Cancellation Day Of/No Show
Cancellation day of or no show will result in 100% of your scheduled service price to be charged to the card on file.
